The spacious kitchen diner catches the morning sun, opening onto a large deck. It’s perfect for al fresco breakfast’s overlooking the mature garden and pond. The fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s also a large lounge with homely open fire. Fire logs can be bought as extras. 

The large garden one third of an acre is also great for wandering or play, with a summerhouse offering great views. Lawns are to the side, front and back as well as shrubs, oak trees, flowers and plenty of wild birds. Also the odd hedgehog occasionally crosses the gravel drive! There are also two car parking spaces.

WIFI and an iPod dock are available, as is a large Sony HDTV with surround sound. Bed linen is also complimentary. Two kitchen towels and cloths are provided as are cleaning materials, iron and board. A hair dryer is available on request.

Minimum stay is two nights for £250 and one week from £750. Weekend check in Fri/Sat and week’s are Saturday to Saturday.
